We provide commercial services to train your technical staff, help them deploy and maintain installations, and adapt eBox to suit your particular needs. These services are delivered either directly by eBox developers or by our partners with our full support.
Deployment and support
We offer two options of support:
- Deployment support: a two-month service intended to help analyzing your needs and deploying eBox with the optimal configuration
- Annual support: a yearly support contract to help in the deployment and maintenance of eBox installations
Both options include:
- Unlimited Number of Incidents
- Maximum Response Time 4 Office Hours
- Web and Telephone Access during Office Hours
- Emergency Bug Fix Escalation
- Emergency Hot Fix Builds
Training
We offer three options for training:
- Essential eBox: a 40 hour intensive course covering the full functionality of eBox, providing the know-how and skills to deploy and maintain corporate networks with eBox. Previous knowledge and experience in administering networks is highly recommended.
- Advanced features: a 24 hour intensive course covering advanced features with eBox, such as the development of new modules, the modification of existing modules and the integration with external applications. Previous knowledge and experience in administering networks with eBox is highly recommended.
- Ad-hoc training: we can adapt our training programs to your particular needs, combining different learning units and adjusting the intensity of the course to the level of expertise of your technical staff.
Development and Integration
We can help you adapting and extend eBox functionality to suit your needs by developing new ad-hoc modules or features. We can also help you integrating eBox with other corporate applications, allowing it to communicate and synchronize with the rest of your information systems.
